Not removing subtitles or audio

What have I got wrong here? I want to remove all non-english audio and subtitle tracks for any file, Leave the english tracks as is. And re-encode non HEVC files. it seems to not be removing subtitles or audio tracks, if its hevc it seems to be doing nothing at all.

Ok so I have simplified my flow to where I am asking to simply delete all but the first subtitle. this isn't what I want but I am trying to figure this out 🙂 ... and still it doesn't do anything. Does FFMPEG Builder: Track Remover not work? or am i totally doing it wrong (which is likely!) ?

this says, if these tracks are removed, exit the flow.

Output 1 == tracks removed
Output 2 == tracks not removed

Heh! thanks I thought one output was the removed tracks and the other was the tracks that were not removed.
I thought
Output 1 == All the tracks I wanted removed
OutPut 2 == All the tracks I wanted kept

Whereas it is really
Output 1 == Tracks were removed
Output 2 == Tracks were not removed
So I probably want to hook both up
