Updated to 1.1.0.2259 now fileflows not finding everything

Fileflows has the same settings as before but only finds 1200 of 3000 movies.
If i add a new movie fileflows does not detect it even if i manually start a search.

are these accurate repo steps. please do these steps to ensure these are, because if you say yes, then I try these repo steps and I don't see the same issue, I cannot fix it.

clean install, no existing database (you can just delete/rename the db for this test and restart the app)
disable processing nodes, we dont want to process, just want to discover files
add a video library pointing to a directory with 100 video files (mkv, mp4)
hit scan on the new library
wait some time, depends on your system how long it will take
number of files found is 100 or is not 100?

Ok following your step it finds the 100 films fine, so i set up fileflows how i normally have it and let it scan again it gets to 5 or 6 hundred then stops but if i restart fileflows it starts finding more films and it stops again around 5 or 6 hundred and so on till it finds them all.

reven yer but i have to keep restart fileflows every so often because it stops looking, after its restarted it starts looks again and finds more.
