As recommended I've set up my FileFlows to look where NZBGet put the downloaded sonarr shows, and I've tricked sonarr to look where FileFlows puts the converted file by adding a 'Remote Path Mapping.'
I have Sonarr and FileFlows notify me via discord as they are doing things. I have no idea what is going on but here's the info reported to Discord via sonarr and fileflows. Any ideas appreciated, don't need to be downloading every show 4 times and processing them twice??

Things I notice:
Why does sonarr take almost 8 hours to import it the first time? 2:55pm to 11:11pm
The Second Time FileFlows processes the file it 'found' it with the name already converted from the gibberish name
The Second Time FileFlows processes the file it reports the converted location in the completed message.
