Where am I doing this?

Hi all 👋 Edu here,
I'm making a script to extract attachments from mkv containers, I don't know what's inside so I just do ffmpeg -dump_attachment:t "" -i file.mkv and it extracts all of them in the current working directory, but thats a problem, I dont even know where am I working. Im currently trying to ls and mv them but doesnt look like I can do that I'll keep trying but I figured I could post this here and maybe get some help.

The working directory should be a runner directory within whatever your temp directory is set to. There will be a runner directory in there that corresponds to the flow. I havent tried this but in the Copy File and Move File nodes there is an option to move/copy other files. It may work if you put the copy/move after your script in the flow and put *.* to get all of the files to go with it.

reven I think you are referring to Flow.TempPath

jbiancam1 unfortunately neither copy or move are retrieving the files I want, not sure why yet, I'll update later

correct, its a random (well a new guid) directory inside the configured temp directory for that processing node.
it does this so everything is self contained, and can easily be cleaned up afterwards.

Flow.TempDirectory which is mentioned on the function docs page inside the "Flow" code block. Will provide you with the actual path.

@reven this may be the intended behavior but it seems odd to me:

I added pwd to the tool set and looks like its not been executed inside the temp runner folder

it doesnt set working directory unless you pass in working directory.

I updated the Function docs with a new "Execute" section with all the options
