Flow to remove metadata, remove subtitles, remove images, crop black bars, convert videos to H265 with AC3 audio, normalize audio, and remux to MKV.

I am still learning but this is what I have at the moment. Trying to decide if I should have some logic in there to not video encode if it is already h265. I did test a tv show that was already h265 and it converted with a big space savings and I could not tell the difference in quality.

What do you think? Anyone have suggestions/ideas?

I convert everything these days. TV shows I use quality 28, movies 24.

Most of the time I save a decent amount of space, occasionally the files are bigger. That usually only happens if the video was already h265 and quite small.
