Alright, I got a set of flows that are meant to work with the arrs. You'll have to do some extra work on the Move Files node and set your own directory. The endgame here is to reduce space and to pretranscode videos so that Plex/Jellyfin/Emby can stream it with ease.
Lidarr Flow

This one is pretty simple. Will convert any file to mp3 and normalize it. If its already in mp3, it'll just normalize it and move it to the converted folder for Lidarr to pick it up
Radarr Flow

This one is a bit more complex. If the source is HDR, it'll convert to SDR. If the source file is 4K, it'll down convert to 1080p, normalize the audio and convert it to AAC while any video that is not in HEVC or AV1 will be converted to HEVC using the CRF value of 24. English audio will be kept and all English subs will be extracted and removed from the video. Title metadata and images are also removed while undefined audio language is set to English
Sonarr Flow

Last but not least the Sonarr Flow. The intention here is about the same as Radarr but we'll keep the subs in the video and remove non-English audio and subs. CRF is set to 26 here
