two things to keep
- FileFlows.sqlite - the database file, in the Data directory
- Log Files - in the log directory. Logs arent super important, but if you want to see the processing log of a file, you will need this.
If the paths have changed, eg, c:\videos\movies\whatever to /mnt/movies/whatever etc, you will need to manually update the sqlite db (lots of tools out there to edit a sqlite db).
But if theyre stillt the same location, eg on a NAS, then you just copying the DB from windows to linux should be fine.
