So if i run this flow on an mkv it work fine but the mkv metadata says the bitrate has not changed and the log says the same but if i extract the files from the mkv after conversion and compare to the original it has worked, if i remux the mkv to mp4 instead the metadata and log show the new bitrate for Video and Audio.
